LessonCoach is an AI-powered instructional coaching platform owned and operated by Piratech, LLC. By using LessonCoach, you agree to these terms.
Account
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be 18 years or older to create an account
- One account per person — do not share your credentials
Coaching Sessions
- LessonCoach provides AI-generated coaching suggestions for your lesson plans
- Coaching is generated by Anthropic's Claude AI, guided by Dr. Tammy Allen's instructional methodology
- Coaching suggestions are advisory — they do not replace professional judgment or formal evaluation
- LessonCoach coaches your existing lesson plans. It does not generate lesson plans, materials, or curriculum for you.
- Each coaching session consists of up to 3 rounds of feedback on a single lesson plan
Credits and Payments
- New accounts receive 3 free coaching sessions
- Additional sessions are purchased in packs (5, 10, or 20)
- Credits do not expire for individual purchases
- All purchases are final — no refunds (if you experience a technical issue, contact support)
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
- District/campus plans are governed by separate agreements
Your Content
- You retain full ownership of your lesson plans and any content you upload
- By uploading content, you grant LessonCoach a limited license to process it for coaching purposes only
- We will never share, publish, or distribute your lesson plans
- You may delete your content at any time
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is harmful, illegal, or violates others' rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the coaching system
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use LessonCoach for any purpose other than instructional coaching
- Submit content designed to manipulate or exploit the AI system
Intellectual Property
- The LessonCoach platform, branding, and coaching methodology are owned by Piratech, LLC
- The instructional coaching methodology is licensed from Dr. Tammy Allen
- Coaching feedback generated by LessonCoach may be used by you for your professional purposes
- You may share your coaching PDF reports with colleagues, administrators, or mentors
Limitation of Liability
- LessonCoach is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
- Coaching suggestions are AI-generated and may contain errors
- We are not responsible for instructional decisions made based on coaching suggestions
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the prior 12 months
Account Termination
- You may close your account at any time by contacting support@lessoncoach.us
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of LessonCoach after changes constitutes acceptance.
